Anti-Spam Policy
International mail multiplies every mistake: a list problem in one country becomes a reputation problem in all of them. We therefore hold every market to the same standard and treat unsolicited mail as grounds for ending the contract.
Standards we apply
- Documented opt-in for every recipient in every country, regardless of looser local rules.
- Address data stays with the market and the company it was collected for.
- Before a new country goes live we review how its list was built and keep the evidence.
- Companies that buy country lists or use local address brokers are not accepted.
Violations
- Mailing a market where the recipients never signed up.
- Translating a campaign and sending it to lists from another country.
- Unsubscribe links that only work in one language or one market.
- Concealing the responsible company in a local version.
What a report triggers
- We confirm the report and trace company, market and mailing from the headers.
- If plausible, mail to that market is paused while we review it.
- A confirmed violation ends the cooperation; the address is blocked across all markets.
- Blocklist operators receive the case details on request.

Whatever its language, forward the message with full headers to the address below. We read reports in English, German and Spanish.
